The Butchers Arms News Update and Free Tickets To Race Day at Carlisle Wed 17th August.

News Update
Investors- Just to let you know that work on The Butchers Arms is progressing & after a number of leaks & extra electrical work, efforts to have the pub ready are finally coming to fruition!

Fire regulations have also been quite an issue to deal with.

The carpets are being laid today & a beautiful oak bar/ back display bar & lounge bar floor area are now complete.

There has been a fabulous team of people helping out daily.

Another week or just a little more will see the doors open, Crosby Ravensworth show day in particular.

Race day at Carlisle Wed 17th August.

The brewery that the tenants are using are sponsoring a horse race at Carlisle of which we have been given free entry tickets, gates open at 12.00. The seats are in the grandstand.
A race will be named after The Butcher’s Arms. The tenant’s Keith & Bev will present the trophy to the winner.

If you would like a ticket it is on a first come first served basis. Please call at the pub & collect your tickets, they are pinned on the notice board in the kitchen area. There are 40 tickets available at present possibly more if in demand. Children are also welcome.
You do need to use your own transport.

Grand Opening
Please remember to inform me ( if you haven’t already done so )  if you are attending the grand opening of The Butchers’s Arms on Sat 27th August at 1pm.
