The Lyvennet Community Pub Ltd. AGM will be held on September 1st 2012 at 11 a.m at Crosby Ravensworth Village Hall.
All share holders are welcome to attend. Please note that share holders aged over 16 are allowed to vote.
There will be a hot buffet after the AGM, commencing sometime between 12.30 and 1pm reasonably priced at £5 per head. If you would like to join the buffet please let me know and we’ll book your place. It will be great to see you there.
NB The buffet is not just for share holders, if you have friends that want to come along please get their names to me too.

There is a travelling Gallery touring this Country calling at 21 cities, our pub project has been chosen alongside 23 other Community projects to appear on canvas.
Not sure what the pictures are but some will be what has already been in the press.
The first showing is at Brighton from the 12th July, the traveling gallery will last over a year in total after visiting other parts of the country.
The company doing this are called We Communicate. Wecom for short.
If you look on the Butchers Arms facebook page I understand that is where you will get forth coming info.
The port tasting was a successful evening on the 29th June.
Future Events- there will be in August a cocktail evening & a suggestion of a Champagne evening also, date to follow.
The popular selling beers are Yates, Eden Gold ( locally brewed ) & Lancaster Amber.
Tuesday nights are still popular with the local Musicians having jamming sessions ( anyone welcome to join them starting around 8pm )
The 2nd & 4th Wed of each month, walks from the pub proving to be enjoyed.
There are normally about 12/15 of us who get together on around a 4/5 mile walk then on return have a snack.
Lunch Club also is going well. It is the 1st Thurs each Month.
A TV has been installed & has been used for the football matches, it was a faulty set to start with going off at a crucial start of an England game it was replaced for the rest of the matches.
Local firm Sidney Bakewells at Penrith did us an excellent deal & luckily came to the rescue when needed !
The pub is extremely busy at weekends & the tables could be booked twice over thanks to the tenants Keith & Bev for the quality of food.
Thoughts are still to use an upstairs room for extra restaurant room space.
I am looking into more grants, if anyone has a bright idea please let me know.
If you have a B&B or Holiday cottage please can you give some feedback on if you occupants visit the pub so I can pass on the info.
Artists paintings at the pub that are for sale , a total of 18 have been sold.
Hopefully shortly we will here on 2 grant funding bids about the shop, many thanks to 2 investors for driving this forward.
